Start a Gratitude Habit

Starting and maintaining a daily gratitude practice will change your life in amazing ways! I’m so sure of this, that I’ve created a gratitude journal available on Amazon.

 

My journal is designed to be quick and simple, but with a BIG impact.

Set your affirmation/ intention for the week, then take about three minutes each morning to jot down three things you’re grateful for. This is such a great way to start your day! Then at night, before you go to bed, reread your list, and jot down something you want to work on for the following day.

 

There’s a reflection section at the end of the week, and beautiful motivational quotes sprinkled throughout!

And that’s it! Commit for spending just five minutes a day on gratitude, and watch your life change!
